What is your service area?
I travel to most of Western Washington for larger projects - trip charges apply. Consulting services are offered world wide and done via video, phone, or email.
Do you perform electrical or internet installations?
It depends on the size and scope of the project.
Do you provide estimates?
Yes, detailed estimates are provided for any work.
What are your payment terms?
Deposits are required for supplies and materials prior to work beginning. Payment is due for work performed at time of completion.
Do you charge tax for things?
Remote consulting services (video, phone, email) are not subject to sales tax. On-site services including installation, troubleshooting, and training are taxed at the standard sales tax rate for the client's location. Parts and materials are billed at cost; sales tax is collected at point of purchase and included in the quoted price.
